Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Small Time Theatre with your ticket purchase and/or donation. This refund policy applies to anyone who purchases a ticket online or makes an online donation. Please read it carefully.

Ticket Purchases

All ticket sales are final. We do not issue refunds for ticket purchases once the order is confirmed and the tickets are issued.

We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading your tickets.

 

Donations

Small Time Theatre Society raises funds online to assist with administration and operational costs associated with our programs. This includes, but is not limited to, costs related to rehearsal and storage space, theatre rentals, costumes, sets, props, lighting and sound, and other cast and production needs.

Donations are non-refundable. Small Time Theatre Society is under no obligation to refund any donated amount.

Error in Donation Amount

If an error has been made in the amount of your donation you must contact us via email within 72 hours (three days) with the details of the initial donation including the date, amount, name of the donor, transaction ID and a description of the error.
